At Yume, we stand behind the quality of our products while maintaining fair and transparent policies that protect both our customers and our business.

1. returns policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original, sealed packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is in resalable condition as determined by Yume after inspection

If any of the above conditions are not met, refunds will not be issued.
 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Opened or used LED devices
  • Opened or used collagen face masks or skincare products
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or tampering
  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, water exposure, or improper handling
  • Warranty replacement units
  • Final sale or promotional items

Return Shipping for Refunds

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Returned items must be sent using a tracked shipping service
  • Yume is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

2. exchanges

No General Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item selection
  • Preference-related requests

Please ensure product suitability before purchasing.

3. damaged or defective products

If your product arrives damaged or is confirmed to be defective:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

Resolution

  • Approved cases are resolved through one-to-one replacement only
  • Refunds are not provided for damaged or defective products
  • Replacement units are issued only after verification
  • Customers may be required to return the defective unit (return shipping paid by the customer).

4. warranty policy (led devices only)

1-Year Conditional Warranty

Our LED Face Mask and LED Neck & Décolleté Mask include a 1-year conditional warranty from the date of delivery.
 

Warranty Coverage

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical or functional failures under normal, intended use

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications
  • Issues caused by improper charging or third-party accessories
  • Failure to follow provided instructions

Warranty Resolution

  • Warranty claims are resolved through replacement only
  • Refunds are not available under warranty
  • Replacement units are non-refundable

5. inspection & refusal of refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection.

Yume reserves the right to:

  • Reject refunds for items that do not meet eligibility criteria
  • Deduct handling or restocking costs where applicable
  • Refuse service in cases of suspected policy abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or warranty claims that:

  • Show signs of misuse or damage
  • Are excessive or repetitive
  • Attempt to circumvent this policy
