Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original, sealed packaging
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The product is in resalable condition as determined by Yume after inspection
If any of the above conditions are not met, refunds will not be issued.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- Opened or used LED devices
- Opened or used collagen face masks or skincare products
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or tampering
- Items damaged due to misuse, drops, water exposure, or improper handling
- Warranty replacement units
- Final sale or promotional items
Return Shipping for Refunds
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returned items must be sent using a tracked shipping service
- Yume is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
