1. order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
 

Please note:

  • Orders placed during peak periods or promotions may require additional processing time.
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • EU Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or local service disruptions.

4. tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
 

If you do not receive tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

5. customs, duties & taxes

For EU orders:

  • Prices are displayed in EUR and typically include applicable VAT where required.
  • In rare cases, additional customs checks may cause delivery delays.

YUME is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

6. incorrect address & failed delivery

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
 

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts where the courier cannot reach the recipient

If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

7. damage or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and assist you accordingly.
